Conference "Artificial Societies and Information Technologies"

On September 22, 2020, an international conference "Artificial Societies and Information Technologies" will be held in Moscow at the CEMI RAS. The main goal of the conference is to support and develop research on humanitarian topics in the field of information technology. Based on the analysis of a large number of foreign scientific publications, it is possible to concretize the main directions of the use of information technologies in relation to the social sciences. The most cited ones are listed below: forecasting the development of socio-economic systems - countries, regions, cities;reproduction of historical events;modeling of migration processes;propagation modeling;modeling of transport systems;imitation and optimization of pedestrian traffic;prediction of political events based on news scanning;forecasting the ecological state of the environment.
