Abstract
In this article I analyze the simple agent-based model (ABM), focused on consumption of collective goods as opposed to private goods. Collective good here means the time spent by the two agents together.
Each agent has the variable which reflects his inclination to be alone. The model works in MS Excel. The first trial experiments conducted in the model show that agents tend to create couples to spend time together on the basis on their inclination to be alone. Agents seek for those similar to themselves. The larger the search horizon, the close is the division into pairs to the optimal one. Optimality is regarded as the sum of the individual utility functions of the agents.
