Abstract
The article discusses the Tiebout hypothesis of competition between jurisdictions by " Foot voting". Hypothesis, the rationale for which is given usually by logical reasoning here is proved by emulating the situation of competition between several regions. It is done with an agent-based computer program. Emulation’s results controlled by inter-face, which also allows to set the values of the model parameters (number of regions, the number of inhabitants of all, the supply function of public services and others). The model is the basis for the inclusion of other factors involved in the areas of competition, but not accounted in this model. Future development of the model is discussed.
